Refund & Return Policy for Products

We offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Ebooks and digital downloads are non-refundable, as are items not in original condition or returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once a return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Services

Rescheduling: notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. If you don’t have a new date at the time of rescheduling, you have 30 days from your original appointment to select one. After that, the booking is forfeited with no refund. Late cancellations (within 48 hours) may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Refunds for services are available only within 30 days of purchase. Once a service has been partially or fully delivered, it is non-refundable. Multi-session packages: unused sessions may be credited for future use but are non-refundable.
